exhausting day spent in some truly beautiful country, then the Jackman - Moose
River Region is for you, and Spruce Meadow Cabins is the place to stay.
We are located a few miles north of the town of Jackman in beautiful Dennistown
Plantation, Maine. Some of the best hunting, fishing, snowmobile and ATV trail
riding in the northeast are easily accessible right from your cabin. Access to
all that the region has to offer the outdoor enthusiast will be right outside
your door.

Spruce Meadow Cabins is located in
Dennistown Plantation about three miles north of the town of Jackman, ME on Rt.
201. With thousands of acres of northern forest to explore, miles and miles of
groomed snowmobile trails in winter, ATV trails in summer, and countless lakes,
ponds, and rivers to fish or canoe/kayak, the region is an outdoor paradise.
We offer comfortable accommodations to base your
pursuit of the great outdoors. If you enjoy gorgeous scenery, fishing, hunting,
snowmobiling, ATVing, hiking, wildlife viewing or just want to "get away from it
all", our cabins are the place to bring yourself, your family and/or your
friends.
Our cabins are clean and comfortable. We are in the
heart of the north country and provide a place to stay while pursuing your
outdoor dreams. Play hard and sleep well. The North Woods will be right out your
door.
All of our cabins have full kitchens and are
stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, toasters and coffee makers. Cabins
also have TV's with satellite and bathrooms with showers. Cabins sleep up to six
people with a queen bed and two twin bunk beds in each one. Towels and
bedding are provided.
Pets are welcome to stay with you for a small fee,
but must not be left unattended. Please keep pets on a leash while outside for
safety. We also ask that pets not sleep on the beds. Thank you for cleaning up
after your pet.
Rates
- Rates are subject to change
- Cabins are available for $25.00 per person/night D/O
- Children under 12 are half price
- Pets are $5.00 each/night
- Two night minimum rental on weekends (Fri-Sat)
- Check out time is 10:30am
- Check in time is after 2:00pm. Please let us know approximately when you plan
to arrive. (We like to fish too!)
- Rates do not include 7% Maine Lodging Tax
Deposits
- We accept VISA or MASTERCARD for deposits.
- Personal checks are accepted if received 30 days prior to reservation.
- Full payment is required at time of reservation for stays of five nights or
less.
- A 50% payment is required for stays longer than five nights.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will be 75% refunded ONLY
if cabin is re-rented.
Specials
- Weekly Special -Friday - Thursday or Sunday - Saturday -7th night is FREE
- Midweek Group Special (3 or more) arrive Sunday, leave Friday $100 per person.
